A CHRISTMAS CAROL

by Charles Dickens and adapted for the stage by Kieran Adcock-Starr

This whimsically rendered production of Charles Dicken’s beloved ghost story A Christmas Carol toured King County libraries, community centers and public gathering spaces, transitional and emergency shelter sites, and recovery spaces in December of 2023.

A story about haunting the rich, reckoning with your past, and recognizing our responsibilities to one another - this Carol was performed in rooms without stages, with the lights on, live music, and in the middle of a square of chairs. This is theatre up close; intimate, immediate, imaginative, and free for all.

Featuring:

Charissa J. Adams, Kieran Adcock-Starr, Corey Lynn Atencio, Sharon Barto Gouran, Mimi Santos, and Maile Wong.
